REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE:
$35 per child per year, maximum $55 per family
TUITION PAYMENTS: Tuition payments will be
automatically charged to your credit card until you give us 30
days notice of your intention to discontinue classes.
Deduct 10% for each additional family member.
LATE FEES: Late payments over 15 days
will be charged a $20.00 fee.
DECLINED CARDS/ RETURNED CHECKS:
$20.00 charge plus bank fees
MAKE UPS: Will be offered whenever possible for missed
classes if Gymnastics Unlimited is notifi ed prior to the start of
class. If available times are not convenient,
GU will not be obligated to provide alternate times. |
CLASS OBSERVATION:
The last week of the Fall Session and the third week in May will be class observations. Parents may wait in the lobby at all other
times. We encourage parents to inquire about progress or to stop by to see the “new skill” that has just been mastered. Parents will
receive a written evaluation of their child’s progress at the mid-year and at the completion of the 13/14 season upon request. |
