How do I register?
1.Check our PROGRAMS to find the class that is right for your child. The brochure is available
here to download. Coaches are available to do evaluations for those students who may have had prior experience. Please call and set-up a convenient time.

Download the Registration Form. Fill out the registration form and bring it in when you register. If you register over the phone or internet, please keep in mind that the registration form must be turned in to the office no later than the first day of class.

Register online, come in to register or if you wish to register over the phone, with a major credit card, you may do so anytime! Just call (908) 782-8887.
How will I know if my child is ready to move to a different class?
Our coaching staff continually tracks your child’s progress and you will be approached when they have accomplished the proper skills necessary to be promoted out of their class. At that time you must contact the office to make your new class selection.
Do you have Class Observation?
Observation is the second week in December and the first week in June. Our coaches document each child's progressions the entire year. If you ever have any questions about your child's progressions we strongly encourage you to talk to your child's coaches. We encourage parents to stop by to see that “new skill”. Parents will receive written evaluations upon request.
Do you have a waiting room?
We have two areas, equipped with chairs, for parents to sit comfortably and wait during class. We also have a large room in our Kinderbarn, which is a quiet place for homework (with extra restrooms). Our beautiful park-like setting with picnic benches is perfect when the weather is nice. We also have a video area for siblings to watch a movie. Healthy snacks are for sale in the lobby.
What if my child misses a class? Can they do a make-up?
Make ups will be offered to class students for missed classes if we are notified prior to the start of class. Make-ups are limited to two per sessions. If available times are not convenient, Gymnastics Unlimited will not be obligated to provide alternate times.
Are the Gymnastics Unlimited instructors certified?
Yes, all of our instructors are certified thru USA Gymnastics, which is the sole national governing body for the sport of gymnastics in the United States. USA Gymnastics sets the rules & policies that govern gymnastics in this country. Training and selecting the U.S Gymnastics Teams for the Olympics and World Championships are just two of their many responsibilities. USA Gymnastics has more than 13,000 professional & instructor members. The Gymnastics Unlimited coaching staff is required to complete the USA Gymnastics Safety Certification Program.
Do I have to stay to watch my child?
No, unless your child is not able to use the restroom by themselves. If you are going to leave the facility, while your child is in class, please make sure the office has your cell phone number on file so we have a method to contact you in the event of an emergency.
What does my child wear to class?
For girl’s gymnastics: A leotard without a skirt or tights, hair pulled up neatly, and no jewelry.
For boy’s gymnastics: Gym shorts with no buttons, zippers or buckles and a fitted tucked in tee shirt.
What happens during the summer?
We offer classes & camps to meet your schedule. One benefit to our gym is that we have air conditioning that allows your child to workout in the summer and not have to worry about the heat.
To whom do I address my questions to regarding instruction?
Please stop by, call or email the front office staff who will be able to send any communication to your child’s coach for you. You may also talk to the coaches after class if time allows. Our email address is office@GU-NJ.com.
To whom do I address my questions to regarding payment and general administration?
You can speak to any of our office staff. We can be reached by e-mail at office@GU-NJ.com or by phone at 908-782-8887. Please avoid speaking to coaches while they are instructing or after class about billing, account questions, and class times as they are not able to readily access the data needed to answer your questions. Our office will be happy to help.
Are there changing rooms?
Yes, our washrooms are very large and serve as our changing rooms.
Is the gym clean?
Yes, our facility is cleaned and disinfected three times a week.
When can I start?
You can start at any time. Fees are pro-rated to reflect the remaining classes in the session.
Can I switch classes?
Yes, we will gladly accommodate class change requests anytime (subject to class availability).
How do I drop a class?
I understand if my child is enrolled in a program that has reoccurring monthly tuition I am continuously enrolled in the program and I will incur reoccurring tuition charges on my account until I submit a class drop request. This document may be obtained from the Front Office or download a DROP FORM here for your convenience. If you are dropping a class (with reoccurring monthly tuition) it must be done on or before the last day of the month. If you drop a class after the month begins you will not receive credits and/or refunds for the remaining classes in the current month.
Is there credit given for missed classes, camps, clinics, and private lessons?
No, Please understand that Gymnastics Unlimited does not give make-up classes, credit and/or refunds for, but not limited to programs, class(es), clinics, camps, private lessons, birthday parties, birthday party guests, bring a friend, camps, play time, field trips, missed and/or cancelled due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather or any other reason. Gymnastics Unlimited does not issue refunds. All sales are final for any product and/or service purchased and/or provided by Gymnastics Unlimited.
How do I know if you are closed for bad weather?
Gymnastics Unlimited sits between many school districts; therefore, we DO NOT follow the closing decisions of any particular district. Please call the office at 908-782-8887 or check our web site to receive any closing information. We will update our web site and voice mail regularly.
Is the Gymnastics Unlimited recreational gymnastics program competitive in any way?
No, our recreational gymnastics program is self paced and individualized. We offer our annual “All School” meet to student in first grade and up, each year in May.
How do students get into the competitive program?
Entry into our competitive program is by invitation only. Our recreational coaches keep a sharp eye out for students who demonstrate an aptitude for competitive gymnastics. For specific information please contact Head coach Barb Kelly-Sullivan at coachbarb@gu-nj.com.

How do I pay my bill? (Option 1)
You have two billing options that you select when filling out your registration form.
Option 1. Auto Billing: “Please charge my credit card at the start of the session for my balance due and e-mail me my receipt. (Auto billing only applies to programs that have a reoccurring tuition. Fees for other products and/or services shall be paid for at the time of purchase and /or registration.)”
How do I pay my bill? (Option 2)
Option 2. “I will pay my account balance on or before the session due date for classes (monthly for team members) at the front desk, if my payment is not received on or before the due date, Gymnastics Unlimited will initiate electronic payments for any balances due on my account PLUS an administrative late fee of $10.00. I understand that it is my responsibility to pay my account balance at the Front desk or online. Fees for other products and/or services shall be paid for at the time of purchase and /or registration. I understand if my child is enrolled in a program that has reoccurring tuition I am continuously enrolled in the program and I will incur reoccurring tuition charges on my account until I submit a class drop request.”
